Website research: including type of E-commerce website you plan to develop, 5 similar websites, model and target market

 

For the website project I decided to create a website for a beauty salon and barbershop. The business location is in Italy, province of Venice. At present the business does not own a website and probably after the project will be completed it will be launched live. The business name is WE and it will provide the following services and product for customers:

• Hair Couture
• Beauty Salon
• Care products for hair
• It will include a rental service for potentially skilled freelancers.

The business model for my website will be mainly B2C model however, it will include a B2B option. Market target for WE is designated for female customers mainly and will include basic haircut services for men. Business slogan is "WE/ Hair couture a different way of creating beauty." 

To optimize our website results and appearances we conducted a study research across five similar businesses:

As will soon be able to observe on the website our physical store it is recently build and follows a simple yet chique design which together with business website will increase our customers and provide us with the opportunity to share our skills among customers.
